Al Ballar

~ IN MEMORY OF AL BALLAR ~

It is with great sadness that we report the death of our dear friend and Brother Sir Knight Albert G. (Al) Ballar.

Before Al left us to join Our Father in heaven, we were fortunate to be able to celebrate Al's 90th birthday with cake, ice cream and plenty of cheer.

Al was an active Knight, a role model to all and he was a very distinguished and well-liked and highly respected Sir Knight within our Order, having attained his Fourth Degree rank in 1983. Over the years Al held many leadership positions in the Knights of Columbus including his active involvement with our acclaimed Honor Guard.

Please keep Al's family, especially his daughter and primary care giver, Diane Bouchillon, in your thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Al will be sorely missed.

Jim Curry

Jim is a Fourth Degree Knight and a charter member of Council 14122. He currently serves as the Lecturer.

Miraculously, Jim is still married (Cheryl still puts up with him) and he is the father of three great kids - Meaghan, Shaylin, and Jay.

Out in the real world, Jim is an Architect. He specializes in stadiums (mostly for intercollegiate sports).
